Lined Vaults

Many consider the top-of-the-line burial vault is one which is constructed a concrete core with an inner liner material ranging from ABS plastic to copper or bronze for the maximum protection available. A lined vault is designed to protect the deceased and the casket against water, soil, or any foreign grave elements.

		*Wilbert Venetian* The Wilbert Venetian is the burial vault just below the middle of the Wilbert line. It is constructed of extra heavy concrete and has a seamless high impact ABS Marbelon liner bonded to the concrete for reinforcing. ABS is a material similar to that used to manufacture computer casing and telephone receivers. The Wilbert Venetian is the strongest of the single-reinforced burial vaults, and it is the only single-reinforced vault to have an ABS liner. The carapace on the cover features the classic look of rich marble, and upon it is a nameplate with the deceased's name, year of birth, and year of death, as well as a choice of emblems. 		*Wilbert Continental* The Wilbert Continental is the middle offering of the single-reinforced burial vaults. This burial vault has an extra heavy concrete construction with a Strentex liner bonded to the concrete for reinforcing. Strentex is a material that has been used in the burial vault industry since 1967 and is similar to the material used to manufacture Solo plastic cups. This burial vault comes in a two-tone finish with a nameplate displaying the deceased's name, year of birth, and year of death, as well as a choice of emblems. 		*Wilbert Monticello* The Wilbert Monticello is the least expensive of the single-reinforced burial vaults. It is constructed of high strength concrete, which has a Strentex liner bonded to the concrete for reinforcing. Strentex is a material similar to that used to manufacture Solo plastic cups and has been used in the funeral industry since 1967. This is the most common selected burial vault by families.
