Caroline Delaine Edwina Murphy

Suddenly, on September 25, 2015, Delaine passed away. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Marty, four children, Cheryl, Keith (Leah), Joe (Rachel), Margaret (Richard), eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Delaine was born in Winnipeg and traveled to many destinations; Hawaii and Portugal being her favorites. As a child, Delaine,spent many of her summers with her grandma Mac in Winnipeg Beach and later in life many summer vacations in Kenora with her sister and brother-in-law. Delaine cherished these times spent with these special people in her life.
Delaine enjoyed spending time with family and her grandchildren adored her. She was known as 'funny grandma and grandma D'. She will be greatly missed by her brother Dwight (Gail) and sister Aleta (Fred) who were also her best friends as well as her nieces and nephews and their families. Delaine supported the arts and over the years worked at the WSO and Winnipeg Ballet where she made many friends.
Delaine made an impression on everyone who knew her as she was kind, non-judgmental and always gave to others. She will be missed by everyone who knew her and she will always be in our hearts. Say hi to grandma Mac for us!
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1006 Nairn Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
