It is with the greatest sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Michael Wrixon 1954-2022. As he left this world, for a better place, he left us with a truck and loaded trailer full of wonderful memories.

Glenn was predeceased by his father Harvey and his mother Shirley. He is survived by his son Jason(Chantel), step daughter Breanna(Suzanne), brother Dale(Donna), sister Shelley(Darrell), sister-in law Pat Edel, brother in-law Waldo Bergen(Deb) and me Joan Stonehouse (nee Bergen), his life partner of 31 years. He also leaves behind 2 grandchildren, Kali and Rowen, as well as many nieces and nephews. The friends he had are too numerous to mention.

His greatest love was trucking and his family (I'm not sure which came first). Glenn worked his whole life as a truck driver, mechanic, dispatcher and owner of a transport company. The last company he owned and operated was JMW transportation Inc. (named after his son Jason Michael Wrixon.) He was known by all his employees as a fair and honest man. Anyone one who worked for JMW Transportation was always treated as part of the family. Everyone around Winnipeg (and beyond) knew Glenn, from parts people to upper management.
