Obituary for Maddalena Santarsieri
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce that Maddalena Santarsieri passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 3, 2022. Left to mourn are her four beautiful children, Senna, Gennaro, Ava and Emma. Her parents Michele (Mike) and Rachela (Lina), her brothers Pino (Crystal) and Danny (Yolanda) and her nieces and nephews Tavio, Ella, Teo and Matteo. As well as many aunts, uncles and even more cousins. She also leaves behind so many friends that were like family. She will also be missed dearly by her mischievous cats, Jasper and Georgie.
Madd grew up in hair industry and had the opportunity to work alongside her father and brothers. She was an award winning, Vidal Sassoon trained stylist who was a leader in the industry. Working alongside her brothers and father in the salons over the years created an unbreakable bond and strong relationship. Family was always most important in business as it was at home. Her strong connection with her mother gave her the strength and ability to love everyone she met. She attracted friends everywhere she went, her smile lit up the room and she connected so many people together.
Madd loved being with her cousins and family. She cherished her time growing up with everyone at the family cabin, spending days at the beach and nights talking over a family dinner. She always found the time to connect with her friends, even if it was just a text.
Her greatest love were her children, when Madd became a mother, her whole world changed. Her love for family was amplified and she made them her whole world. Senna, Gennaro, Ava and Emma were her everything. She was always so proud of them and their biggest cheerleader. She loved to share their accomplishments with everyone. Madd is gone too soon but she will forever be in our hearts, always in our thoughts and will live on in all of us as she made us all better and brighter for knowing her.
