Obituary for Mary Anndrelyn Meunier
It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Anndrelyn Meunier announced her sudden passing on Friday, March 18, 2022 at the young age of 16.
Anndrelyn will be lovingly remembered by her Mother, Maria Edelyn Fundal Meunier, and her Father, Andrew Meunier; and numerous other family members from Winnipeg, Nova Scotia and the Philippines.
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, she moved to Nova Scotia at the age of 3 where she developed many friendships. In her teen years, Anndrelyn had a passion for music. She was a talented singer and musician and devoted herself to playing her electric guitars and piano. She was fascinated by drama, acting, heavy metal music, and began her self-expression in the gothic lifestyle to express her individuality.
She excelled in her academics - and had dreams of pursuing a career as an astrophysicist. Anndrelyn also looked forward to moving back to Winnipeg to be reacquainted with her Mom’s family. Full of hopes and dreams, a young life that was just beginning cut too short. Even though Anndrelyn was taken from us before her time, she lived her life to the fullest every single day.
A vigil prayer services/Lamay will be held at Mosaic Funeral on Thursday March 24, 2022 at 6 PM. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 25th, 2022 at 2 PM at St. Edward’s Roman Catholic Church.
