Obituary for Cecil Leopold Wilkie
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Cecil Leopold Wilkie on December 9th, 2021.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents Raymond and Leris; siblings Kirk (Patricia), Crystal (Sheridan) many aunties, uncles, countless cousins and friends. We would also like to thank the staff at Riverview Palliative care.
Cecil was born on May 22, 1969 in Winnipeg, MB. He graduated from Dakota Collegiate. He worked at the Winnipeg airport as passenger screener alongside his mother and then he worked at Patene building supplies as a warehouse worker and forklift driver.
Cecil has many passions as a musician (drummer) and artist. He was youthful at heart, which developed a passion for comics. Cecil was always enthusiastic and the life of the party with a great sense of humour.
We will miss Cecil. Rest in Peace.
A private memorial service is being planned for the New Year in Winnipeg.
