Obituary for Hubert Peter Steinbusch
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Hubert Peter Steinbusch. He passed away in the early
morning of August 28th 2020. He was 87. He was born December 22, 1932 in Augsburg Germany, the
youngest child of Xaver and Maria Steinbusch. He immigrated to Canada in 1957 and lived in Quebec
and British Columbia before settling in Winnipeg in 1960. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-
day Saints in 1962. He married Gwendolyn Henderson in 1967 and they raised four children. He is
predeceased in death by his parents and four brothers and a sister. He is survived by his wife,
Gwendolyn, his four children Alison, Christopher, Cameron and Muriel and six grandchildren, Matthew,
Peter, Georgia, Peyton, Bennett and Quinton. Funeral arrangements are by Mosiac Funeral Home. A
simple graveside service will be held.
