Edwin Mahusay Alimano”Dondon “ passed away on June 5, 2020 at the aged of 49 years old at St. Boniface Hospital.
Edwin was born in Negros Oriental Philippines on March 28, 1971 and migrated to Canada with his family on August 5, 2009.
Edwin was married to Josephine Alimano on April 30, 2002 .They were married for 18 years and blessed with two children , Jose and Jyanne.
Edwin worked as a Truck mechanic for Paul’s Hauling services for almost ten years. He enjoyed fishing , gardening, cooking and camping with his family, and friends . He is a great singer of the family where he enjoyed singing and dancing together with her daughter. Edwin is survived by her wife Josephine Alimano children Jose Francis and Jyanne , parents Jose Alimano and Purificascion Alimano, brother Jojo and sisters Josephine, Anita, Wenna, and Jennifer. And all his nieces and nephews, brother in laws, sister in law and other family and friends.
The family of Alimano wishes to thank you the St. Boniface hospital emergency medical team , Seven Oaks General hospital staff, Victoria hospital staff, to his brother in law Rey, Alex and Julita, Joseph and Rosario and family, all his friends , co workers and his relatives here in Winnipeg and in the Philippines.
Private Family Viewing will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 2:00 – 4:00 PM and Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB.
Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Edward’s Roman Catholic Church, 836 Arlington St., Winnipeg, MB. Rev. Father Rainerio Sarce – Officiating.
