I will miss you bro. Here it is 4 days later and I am still in shock. I always thought you were one tough SOB. From teaching me how to ride a two wheeler, to watching out for me in Tyndall Park, teaching me how to play pool and then after I bought a table, inviting all your friends over for days on end games and taking over my table. Getting me to join the Grenadier Cadet Corps where I learned how to shoot rifles and play pinball! He convinced me to move to Calgary and put up with me for 4 unemployed months. The vacation (for me) to Banff where I met a bear. His wedding in Castlegar, where I had the pleasure of meeting the local RCMP and all of the late night long distance calls to Winnipeg or Denver. These are memories that will stay with me. My sympathies to Wilma, Ryan and Wayne's grandkids. He was always happy to see them and I could hear the joy in his voice when he told me of their visits. You left too soon. Miss you!
