Victor Ventura Ong
September 25, 1944 – January 12, 2020
Victor Ventura Ong passed away peacefully on January 12, 2020 after a long battle with cancer.
Victor is survived by his wife Sonia; three daughters Buffy (Albert), Holly (Sam) and Mercy (Diamond); three grandchildren Giselle (Rowell), Damon and Alexis.
Also left to cherish his memories is his mother Carmelita, father (late Liong) and siblings Linda (Fred), Jaime (the late Lutz), Tessie, Lolita, James (Tina), Willie (Loida), Jerry (Remy), Leony (Bernadette) and numerous nieces and nephews. He will also be leaving behind many sister-in-law’s, brother-in-law’s, nieces and nephews on the Rodriguez side of his family.
Thank you to his doctors Dr. Tiserra of Atlantic Medical Centre, Dr. McCarthy and Dr. Gillman. His family would like to send a special thank you to Alyssa and Geoff of the GD3 ward at Health Sciences Centre.
Lamay/Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, commencing at 6:00 PM till midnight at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB.
