Obituary for Robert Joe Denis Hogue
ROBERT “BOBBY” HOGUE
January 5, 1959 – December 22, 2019
IIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, father, uncle and friend, Bobby Hogue on December 22, 2019.
Bobby grew up in Sanford, MB and later lived in Winnipeg. He worked in the sheet metal industry, installing sheet metal on many buildings in and around Winnipeg, as well as other provinces. Bobby also enjoyed watching hockey, playing hockey as a goalie, playing harmonica, and doing leather work. He loved, and was very good at trap & skeet shooting. He won many trophies for his sharp shooting. Bobby went through many life struggles as the years went on. However, through those life struggles, Bobby was a kind, hardworking person who loved his family.
Left to mourn are: his son Justin (Marta) and their children Anahi & Amilia; daughter Megan (Rob) and their children Dominik & Damien; siblings: Gerald (Karen), Suzie (Claude), Michelle (Willie); and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased and welcomed with loving arms by: his parents Philippe & Bernice; sister and brother-in-law, Bernadette & Al; and nephew Matthew.
His family would like to thank all of the Staff on Lodge 5 East and West, at Deer Lodge Centre for taking such amazing care of Bobby over these last 3 years. You were like family to him.
A funeral Mass will be held January 4th, 2020 at 2 pm in La Salle, MB, at the St. Hyacinthe R.C. Church. A reception will follow at Caisse Community Centre, in La Salle, MB. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
