Obituary for Gianfranco "John" Cianflone

Gianfranco “John” Pasquale Cianflone
March 29, 1959 – November 9, 2019

Gianfranco “John” Pasquale Cianflone, age 60, passed away suddenly on November 9, 2019 at the St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
He is survived by his wife Nevada; children Riviera, Giuseppe “Pepe”, and Gianni; parents Magda “Aldagisa” and Giuseppe “Joseph”; brother Donato “Don”; uncles Angelo and Tom; niece Mallori, nephew Giuseppe “Joe” and family. Mother in-law Loretta Flynn; brother in-law Patrick and wife Marli; nephew Zachary.
Throughout the short years of John’s life, he accomplished so much. From running many businesses, to surviving great health complications, to raising a loving family of three alongside his beautiful wife Nevada.
John was an outstanding husband, father, and son, and left a great impact on those around him, for everyone loved and cherished him.
John was a handy-man. He took great pleasure in preforming renovations to the house, tinkering around at the lake, and building an ice-rink each year for his kids. With that, he also loved showing, and teaching his kids how to be independent.
John loved many things; his specialty sports memorabilia, watching hockey with his boys, being on the boat with his family and friends at Clear Lake, MB. But most of all, John loved his family. John’s children were his everything, he loved them so much, and they provided him the utmost happiness.
Although Gianfranco “John” Pasquale Cianflone is no longer with us, his spirit lives through those of his loved ones. Through friends, and family, John will never be forgotten, and will continue to be loved by all.
