Rosalina De Leon
January 4, 1924 – September 15, 2019
Rosalina passed away on Sunday September 15, 2019, at St. Joseph’s Residence in Winnipeg, Canada at the age of 95 years. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves to cherish her memory, sons; John (Rosemarie), Ricky (Sylvia), Edgar (Rosabelle), Dr. Romulo (Geraldine), sister Milagros Llanes (Jun), sister-in-law Noli Belisario, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Cremonico De Leon.
Rosalina obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a second major in Nursing from Lingayen University (Philippines). She became a teacher and a first responder in Umingan Pangasinan Elementary School until retirement.
Viewing/Lamay will be held at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. A Prayer Service will be held from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Funeral Service will be held at Christian Life Church, 1042 Jefferson Ave., Winnipeg, MB. on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery, Pastor Jim Poirier officiating, followed by a reception at Mosaic Funeral Chapel.
