Leoncio De Dios Rosal
January 13, 1952 - September 1, 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Leoncio (Leo) Rosal on September 1, 2019 at the age of 67 years.
Born and raised in Laguna, Philippines in 1952, Leoncio was the third born of 12children to Vivencio Rosal and Esperanza De Dios. He settled in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Philippines where he lived for more than 30 years, where he met Gloria Rosal and together they raise five children, Jaquelene, Catherine, Maria Teresa, Leonell and Monica. He migrated to Canada and adjusted in cold weather in 2011. For Leo, family always came first, he loved his grandchildren and always supportedthem. He enjoyed socializing and very outgoing, he collected a lot of friends on his journey. He is easy going and very generous, he always gave in abundance and never asked for return.
He is predeceased by his father Vivencio Rosal, mother Esperanza De Dios, sister Yolanda Tomales, brother Eugenio Rosal, sister Celia Rosal. He is survived by his wife Gloria and his children and their spouses Jaquelene Louangxay (Mike), Catherine Rafael (Rudy), Maria Teresa Rosal, Leonell Rosal and Monica Rita Rosal; his sisters and brothers and their families in the Philippines, also in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and his grandchildren Ciara, Sophia Kate, Rhada Kathleen, Genalyn, Kenneth, Jhoel
Renzo, Iggie, Aekie, Ashera Ishma and Cheena Rain. His family and friends will all miss
him dearly.

Viewing/Lamay will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am at Mosaic Funeral Chapel at 1839 Inkster Boulevard Winnipeg, MB.
