Marcelina Fajardo Tined
June 2, 1946 – November 7, 2018


Marcelina Monzon Fajardo Tined, 72, died Tuesday, November 7, in her home surrounded by her loved ones. Marcelina, known by her family as Sileng, was born on June 2, 1946, in Imus Cavite., by Leonora M. Fajardo and Aurello Fajardo.

She is loved by many and was truly loved by her husband Ernesto Tined, together they were blessed with five beautiful children, Efrelito, Ramilo, Ernesto Jr., Juliet, and Leonides. Marcelina grew up in the Philippines. As a housewife and by working at a simple rolling store she taught her children the value of hard work and patience, through her love she helped her children succeed. Known for her contagious laughter and amusing jokes she doesn’t fail to make people feel satisfied with a simple gesture or a smile. A love like no other, she will always be remembered as a loving sister by her siblings, a strong woman by her children, a teacher to her grandchildren and a friend to everybody. For those who would like to say their final goodbye to Marcelina.

Lamay/Viewing will commence at 6:00 PM and Vigil Prayers will be said at 7:00 PM on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB.
Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, November 19, 2018 at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin St. at 11:00 am, with Monsignor Enrique Samson presiding.
Interment in the Philippines at a later date.
