Alberto Legaspi Icaza
October 8, 1953 - June 30, 2015
Alberto was a loving husband, father, and wonderful brother to his beloved Icaza family. His wife Amy Talabis Icaza and son Roel left to continue his legacy and values. Alberto loved his interest such as watching sports and being social with his friends and family.
Alberto was born in Cavite, Philippines and has been living in Winnipeg for 26 years to be with his wife and has enjoyed every minute of it. He worked majority of his life in Winnipeg at Legumex Walker for 15 years. Although his life was suddenly cut short he lived his life to the fullest and the later years tried his best to keep a normal life. With everything that happened he would like to be remembered first and secondly as husband and father. Alberto was proud of what he has accomplished in life and now he will be watching us smiling and protecting us.
Alberto will be going back to the Philippines to rest in peace in the same place as his parents.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on July 7, 2015 at ¬¬¬¬11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Ave. Winnipeg, Mb. Viewing and condolences will commence one hour prior to the Mass.
