Condolence: Lil was one of the most caring and compassionate individual one could ever meet. She was like a mother to all of us that depended on her to do our work in the Dauphin area and once you met her you were her friend for life. She was full of life and was always ready for a good laugh. We will miss you Lil.

Condolence: One of the first times I met Lil was in the hospital in 2012, she was nervous and fearful. I called her Lillian and Shelley and her started to laugh. I asked them what was the matter and they both said that no one calls her Lillian and it was funny to hear the name. From that day forward it was always Lil and she called me sweetheart. I felt immediately accepted into the Ireland family. Lil will be missed.

Condolence: Gone is a wonderful person. Lil had a special and humorous soul that I enjoyed many times during my posting in Dauphin and after that in our phone calls. She will always be a large part of my memories of our time in Dauphin. Randy and Sharlene Serhan
